摘要

农艺师是中国农业系列职务的一种职称，是指在农学方面的高技能掌握者，可以带动中国农村的发展经济。随着我国经济社会的不断发展，农艺师在我国农业发展中的地位越来越高，农艺师不仅仅要学会创新，相关部门还要加强对各个地区的农艺工作，加大各种科学技术在农业发展中的应用，从而可以更好地促进农业的生产发展。目前我国的农艺师的工作仍然存在着很多的问题，例如：农业推广不到位、农艺师工作不明确、农艺服务制度不健全等，而这些问题都需要通过经过培训教育等方式来进行解决，从而还要从多方面进行推广，不断完善健全的服务体系等，从而能够有效的提升我国农业农艺师的工作效率以及工作质量，更好的推进我国农业的发展。

Abstract

Agist is a title of agricultural series positions in China, which refers to the highly skilled master in agronomy, which can drive the development of China's rural economy.With the continuous development of China's economy and society, the status of agronomist in China's agricultural development is getting higher and higher, agronomist should not only learn to innovate, the relevant departments should strengthen the agronomy work in each region, increase the application of all kinds of science and technology in agricultural development, so as to better promote the development of agricultural production.At present, our country agronomist work still exist many problems, such as: agricultural promotion, agronomist work is not clear, agronomy service system is not perfect, and these problems need to be solved through training and education, and also from many aspects, constantly improve the service system, so as to effectively improve our agricultural agronomist work efficiency and the quality of work, better promote the development of agriculture in our country.
