摘要

随着新农村建设速度的提高,农村经济社会取得了蓬勃发展。为提高其经济发展的稳定性和高效性,当前农业技术引进体系受到了人们的高度重视,而全新的农业技术推广环境又对其推进体制提出了许多新的技术需求。为适应现实发展的需要,本章重点剖析了当前农业技术引进体制中存在的缺陷,并给出了富有针对性的建议,以力求推动该体制健全发展,并为有关人员提供了借鉴和参照。

Abstract
