Research on the Development of Zhuzhou Characteristic Agriculture From the Perspectiveof Rural Revitalization
乡村振兴视角下株洲特色农业发展研究

摘要

大力发展特色农业是全面实施乡村振兴战略的重要抓手，是我国构建现代农业产业体系的重要战略选择。因此，对乡村振兴背景下特色农业发展研究具有重要的理论意义和现实作用。通过调研发现，近年来，株洲市依托当地自然禀赋大力发展特色农业，取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益，但仍存在配套政策不足、农民抗风险能力弱、特色农产品附加值不高、人才短缺等问题。本文以聚焦株洲市发展特色农业助力乡村振兴为主题，对特色农业产业的发展现状进行分析，进而提出强化特色农业发展政策的顶层设计、完善农村基础设施建设、推动特色产业集群化发展、激活特色农业科技推广的后备力量等措施，以推进当地特色农业高质量健康可持续发展。

Abstract

Developing characteristic agriculture vigorously is an important starting point for comprehensively implementing rural revitalization strategy and an important strategic choice for constructing modern agriculture industry system. Therefore, it has an important theoretical significance and practical role in the development of characteristic agriculture under the background of rural revitalization. Through investigation, it is found that in recent years, Zhuzhou city has developed characteristic agriculture vigorously by relying on the local natural endowment, and achieved good economic and social benefits, but there are still problems such as insufficient supporting policies, farmers' weak ability to resist risks, low added value of characteristic agricultural products, and shortage of talents. With the theme of focusing on Zhuzhou City's development of characteristic agriculture to help rural revitalization, this paper analyzes the development status of characteristic agriculture industry, and then proposes measures to strengthen the top-level design of characteristic agriculture development policy,improve rural infrastructure construction, promote the development of characteristic industry cluster, activate the characteristic agricultural science and technology promotion reserve force, to promote the local characteristic agriculture high quality, healthy and sustainable development.
