摘要

近年来生猪价格起伏波动不断，自非洲猪瘟疫情肆虐以来，我国生猪肉价格迎来一波长期大幅度上涨，严重影响我国居民日常肉制品消费，也在一定情况上对国民经济通货膨胀推波助澜。生猪饲养作为我国畜牧业重要经济组成部分，一直以来不仅被畜牧养殖户所关注，也受国家经济部门所关心，生猪肉市场的良好供给是确保国民经济稳定和社会大众居民菜篮子工程得到保障的重要一环。因此，开展猪瘟检疫防范工作是促进生猪肉供应稳定的内在要求。当前，部分生猪产地在检疫工作上仍存在着一定的不足，本文以漆桥生猪产地检疫电子化应对措施为研究对象。探讨电子化生猪产地检疫对非洲猪瘟防范工作的有效性和可提升性。

Abstract

In recent years, the price of live pigs has fluctuated constantly. Since the African pig plague was raging, the price of raw pork in China has experienced a long-term significant increase, which has seriously affected the daily consumption of meat products of Chinese residents, and has also contributed to the inflation of the national economy in some cases. As an important economic component of China's animal husbandry, pig breeding has always been concerned not only by animal husbandry farmers, but also by national economic departments. A good supply of raw pork market is an important link to ensure the stability of the national economy and the guarantee of the public's food basket project. Therefore, to carry out the quarantine and prevention of hog cholera is the internal requirement to promote the stability of raw pork supply. At present, there are still some deficiencies in the quarantine work in some pig producing areas. This paper takes the electronic measures of quarantine in Qiqiao pig producing areas as the research object. To explore the effectiveness and promotion of electronic pig origin quarantine on African swine fever prevention.
