摘要
目的 阜康阿魏的种子存在着休眠,该文以阜康阿魏为试验材料,对其种子休眠的解除方法进行了初步探索。方法 采用阜康阿魏种子进行4℃低温层积法,即在5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40天制作样品,20℃发芽试验;另一种是在不同浓度的生长素(IAA)、萘乙酸(NAA)、赤霉素(GA3)、脱落酸(ABA)、2,4- D和6- BA (4,4- D)和6- BA (6- BA),在4℃进行30天的低温分层培养,此外,还对20℃的发芽试验进行了研究。结果 在4℃的低温层积法下,种子在5-15天内都不能脱离休眠状态,而在20天后就会发芽;种子萌发率随温度升高而增大;35天与40天之间种子萌发率无显著差异。进行35天的低温层积实验,其休眠基本上得到了解除。阜康阿魏种子萌发率在100ppm6-BA下,其萌发率明显高于对照。结论 对阜康地区阿魏进行了35天的低温层积处理,可使其基本解除休眠。当6- BA浓度为100 ppm时,与低温层压处理具有较好的协同效应。

Abstract
Objective The seed of Asafoica fukang has dormancy phenomenon. This paper took Asafoica Fukang as the research object and discussed the technique of seed dormancy removal. Methods The seeds of Ferula fukangensis were subjected to two tests of dormancy removal: one was stratified at low temperature at 4℃, that is, the specimens were prepared at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 days, and the germination experiment was conducted at 20℃. In the other, different concentrations of auxin (IAA), naphthalene acetic acid (NAA), gibberellin (GA3), abscisic acid (ABA), 2, 4-D and 6-BA (4, 4-D) and 6-BA (6-BA) were cultured at low temperature stratified for 30 days at 4℃, in addition, germination tests at 20℃ were also studied. Results After low temperature stratification at 4℃, dormancy could not be relieved for 5~15 days, and germination occurred after 20 days. With the increase of low temperature stratification time, the germination rate increased, and the germination rate exceeded 75% on the 35th day, but the difference between 35d and 40d was not obvious. After 35 days of low temperature stratification treatment, the dormancy of Asafoea seed was basically relieved. The seed germination rate of Asafoetida fukangensis was significantly higher than that of the control group at 100ppm6-BA. Conclusion Asafuela in Fukang area was treated with low temperature stratification for 35 days, which could basically release its dormancy. When the concentration of 6-BA is 100 ppm, it has a good synergistic effect with low temperature lamination.
