Optimizing Agricultural Technology Extension and Promoting Rural Revitalization Strategy——A Research Analysis Based on Yongtai County, Fujian Province
优化农业技术推广、助推乡村振兴战略——基于福建省永泰县的调研分析

摘要

乡村振兴战略完全符合党中央的战略意图和全党的共同意志，是建立现代化经济体系的重要基础。为了考察乡村振兴战略的实施情况，推动乡村振兴战略的深入实施，我们分析了基层组织建设、产业结构、人才培养与实施、乡风文明建设、生态建设等五个方面的问题。并通过对永泰县及其农村产业和百草创业基地的实地考察和调研，提出了政策建议，针对这些问题，提出了培训新型职业农民、丰富农村文化、打造充满活力的农村等政策建议，为发展和打造乡村振兴提供借鉴。

Abstract

The rural revitalization strategy is fully in line with the strategic intention of the Party Central Committee and the common will of the whole Party, and is an important foundation for the establishment of a modern economic system. In order to examine the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and promote the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, we analyzed five aspects, including the construction of grass-roots organizations, industrial structure, talent training and implementation, rural style and civilization construction, and ecological construction. And through fieldwork and research in Yongtai County and its rural industrial bases, policy recommendations were made to address these issues, such as training new types of professional farmers, enriching rural culture and creating a vibrant rural area, to provide a reference for developing and creating rural revitalisation.
