浅谈农村地区新型职业农民培训体系建设研究——以日照市为例

摘要

近年来，高质量发展成为主旋律，在农村，经济的高质量发展是基础，是农村社会高质量发展的重要条件。而随着现代化农业生产模式的不断渗透，我们不难发现，在促进乡村经济高质量发展的途径中，大力提升农民素质，培养更多的新型职业农民，并且以新型职业农民力量的涌现，来进一步带动乡村在经济活力、社会活力方面的释放，是我们应当重点关注并努力的方向之一。但是新型职业农民群体的有效发展，必然离不开良好的新型职业农民培养体系。目前在我国一些城市，在新型职业农民培训方面虽然开展了一系列有益的探索，但是由于种种因素，仍然存在一些较为明显的问题。因此，本课题以日照市为例，探讨农村地区新型职业农民培训体系建设的现状、问题和对策，希望通过本文的研究，能够揭示当前新型职业农民培训方面的共性问题，并且为完善新型职业农民培训体系提供一些有益的参考和借鉴。
