个人简介

钱韻芳,女,中共党员,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,国家留学基金委公派访问学者(芬兰赫尔辛基大学),“汉宝”优秀青年教师,中国微生物学会、上海食品学会、上海水产学会会员。2014年起任教于上海海洋大学食品学院,围绕食品科学与工程、水产品加工与贮藏专业开展相关教学科研工作。2021年9月至2022年10月受国家留学基金委选派资助赴芬兰赫尔辛基大学访学。相继主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、“十三五”国家重点研发计划子课题、国家星火计划等国家级项目课题,并作为主要参与人参与国家自然科学基金面上项目,上海市教委、科委等科研项目10余项。近年,发表论文60余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文30余篇,EI论文10余篇。
