摘要
食品安全是国家安全、保证人民生命健康的重要基础。食品产业是与粮食生产、人民生活、农业投入市场贸易、产业、流通等密切相关的重要产业。目前,食品生产技术已从以数量需求为特征的粮食安全阶段发展到以高成本、高生产率和高利润为特征的食品产业新阶段。然而,由于生态效应、人口增长和公共卫生等原因的限制,使得全球食品产业面临着巨大挑战。食品产业结构优化,保障食品产业高质量供应,保障人民生命健康,已成为国家发展战略的重点。

Abstract
Food safety is an important basis for national security and ensuring people's lives and health. Food industry is an important industry closely related to grain production, people's livelihood, market trade, agricultural investment, industry, circulation and so on. At present, the food production technology has developed from the food security stage characterized by quantitative demand to a new stage of the food industry characterized by high cost, high productivity and high profit. However, ecological effects, the global food industry faces great challenges due to population growth and public health. The optimization of the food industry structure, the guarantee of the high-quality supply of the food industry and the guarantee of people's lives and health have become the focus of the national development strategy.
