Application research of heat pump technology in beverage production workshop—Taking the energy saving transformation project of a beverage factory in southwest region as an example
热泵技术在饮品生产车间的应用研究——以西南地区某饮品厂节能改造项目为例

摘要

在“双碳”战略推进下,工业节能降碳已成为制造业转型升级的关键。饮品行业能耗较高,车间普遍存在高温作业、能源利用效率偏低等问题。本文以西南某饮品厂热泵改造项目为对象,通过实地调研与实测,分析磁悬浮热泵系统的方案设计、实施过程、运行效果与经济效益。结果表明,改造后车间温度下降7-8℃,年节约蒸汽0.91万吨,年节能收益205.9万元,投资回收期仅1.4年。研究证实热泵技术在饮品行业应用可行,可为食品加工领域提供可复制的节能降碳技术路径与管理经验。

Abstract

Under the promotion of the “Carbon Neutrality strategy”, industrial energy conservation and carbon reduction have become the key to the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. The beverage industry has high energy consumption, and workshops generally have problems such as high-temperature operations and low energy utilization efficiency. This paper takes the heat pump transformation project of a beverage factory in Southwest China as the object, through on-site investigation and measurement, to analyze the scheme design, implementation process, operation effect and economic benefits of the magnetic suspension heat pump system. The results show that the temperature in the workshop decreased by 7-8℃ after the transformation, 0.91 million tons of steam were saved annually, and the annual energy saving income was 2.059 million yuan, with an investment recovery period of only 1.4 years. The research proves that the application of heat pump technology in the beverage industry is feasible, and it can provide replicable energy-saving and carbon reduction technical paths and management experience for the food processing field.
